The Autobots took out the Decepticon "Icepick" near the Trans Can trail.
They forgot to recover his Energon Cube, so if you get there before they come back you might be able to find [and sign] it.
This cache is archived because the Decepticon was removed, and there is speculation on this location possibly being private property (when hidden, there were no signs around indicating so). The picture below shows the Decepticon that used to be here... 
At stage 1 you will find an Autobot recharge station. (Note: There is nothing at the posted coordinates)
On the left side is "B" followed by a number. Call this number "X"
On the right side is "B" followed by a number. Call this number "Y"
You can find the hidden Energon cube here:

Enter the trail at the trailhead marker, and follow it until it forks and then take a left, continue till another fork and take another left... this should take you closer to the deceased Transformer.
