Geocache Description:

Seiji The Aviator's Cache

This cache is being placed as a reminder for all who find it to be the best version of yourself you can possibly be. Take time to slowly breathe in and out and truly absorb your surroundings. Let go of the past and stop worrying about the future. Selflessly love those around you, give generously, push yourself outside of your comfort zone, and put others before you.

This cache is placed for a dear friend that lost the battle to cancer this past week (4-19-2019). He was a loving father and husband, a humble teacher, a man with razor sharp intellect, a man that feared God, and a brilliant aviator.

Seiji was a Boeing 747 Captain for both United Airlines and Japan Airlines; hence the location of this cache. He is the reason I became a pilot. The airport felt like an appropriate location for my first hide!

The Cache is only accessible from 0700-1900. Turn left when you first arrive at Dillingham Airport. Obey the speed limit signs, stop signs, and all airport signage! Pass Skydive Hawaii on your left, pass Hawaii Parachute Center on your left....and you're on your own! Have fun!

Kindly tell Airport Security what you're up to should they ask. It’s on public property and the signs say open to the public, but it’s their job to keep the grounds safe.
