This is a virtual cache that does not require you to leave your car. It is in a residential neighborhood that provides a breathtaking view. Please respect the fact that you are on a public road that runs through private properties.
This a drive-to-it cache. On foot it would be a definite 5 and then some. Bet you can't make it on your bicycle, Johnnie. You do not need to leave your car; however, you do need to send an e-mail stating what the plaque in the middle of the road celebrates. Without it, your log will be deleted. Would also love to have you send a picture of what you see when you start your journey back to the south. It's worth the trip especially on a clear day after it rains (whatever rain is).
