This cache is named after two of my favorite people. These two little people have travelled all over this world and been great troopers while following their Dad move around with the Marine Corps. It is the month of the military child (April) so this is for them... and all those military spouses and kids that adapt to each duty station...either for a few months or a few years. Fortunately, Bozeman Montana is our last stop after 30 years of service. (Though the nomadic life quite suits me.)
This cache site is an underground fire pond that the surrounding neighborhoods use. There is parking though this spot gets filled with LOTS of snow in the winter and would require boots AND gaitors or snow pants to reach. The neighborhood to your East is also known as "Blizzard Ridge" for the numerous blizzards that strongly blow in from the East and a near constant Easterly gale. Happy Caching!
Semper Fi- United States Marine Corps...and NO you don't pronounce it "CORPSE" like a dead person! It's "CORE"!
FTF: If you are a local, you get a free homemade chicken pot pie. If not...you get a hearty congratulations!
