Center Street is located near the center of the original City of Little Rock. It was the first street constructed through to the entire town boundary and the first street that was paved for its entire length. The Mansion anchors one end and the Old State House the other.
This is a purposefully easy cache. It's located at the rear of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral. I am a tower bell ringer at the Cathedral and have attended the Parish for years. Since this is on muggle-rich private property, I don't want to encourage rummaging around in the bushes, so it's right there to be easily found by anyone who's really searching... Top of the stairs, about knee high, toward the right portion of the bush. Governor's Mansion is straight ahead of you, down Center Street. Go get it.
Note: Muggles are frequently around, so stealth is sometimes necessary and always appreciated. Churches are a little more touchy than usual where people poking around in the bushes are concerned. Please try to respect that unfortunate fact of the times. It will also be appreciated if care is taken to replace the cache in the same location at which it was found.
