Last year a bunch of us went to GeoWoodstock. I was amazed by the many people that came from all over the USA. We met geocachers from many Northern states & Western states, and as I walked around the parking lot, I saw many cars had custom license plates, some with clever phrases and others with Geocaching names from A-to-Z. Besides spending time at the fairgrounds of the event, we of course found some caches in the area, starting with some really old ones. It was a great trip, I hope to go to more GeoWoodstocks!
Maybe I didn’t see these particular license plates, but solve the picture puzzle below to find the coordinates for this cache. There's no order to these plates to start with. You're looking for ten digits:
N 40° NN.NNN W 073° WW.WWW
For any multi-digit numbers you figure out, just use the last digit.
