Palazzo della Monica
Il Palazzo della Monica potrebbe risalire alla prima metà dell'800 in quanto non risulta nel catasto napoleonico dei primi dell'800, anche se potrebbe trattarsi di omissione, ma compare nel catasto lombardo-veneto degli anni 1840-1850.1
Posto accanto alla vecchia strada austriaca, era la residenza di campagna dei signori di Chiavenna che qui possedevano vasti appezzamenti.2
Il Palazzo è ora fatiscente e a rischio di crollo. Non entrate!

The Palazzo della Monica could date back to the first half of the 19th century as it does not appear in the Napoleonic land register of the early 1800s, but appears in the Lombard-Venetian land register of the years 1840-1850.1
Situated next to the old Austrian road, it was the country residence of the lords of Chiavenna who here owned many properties.2
The Palace is now almost ruined and at risk of collapse. Do not enter!
