Dafnata viewpoint

Dafnata is a small village in Corfu mountains which lies on the Corfu Trail. When you get there, just follow the red arrows which start by the London phone box and you will be at the viewpoint soon.

Corfu Trail goes from south to north of Corfu island and is 220 - 250 km long. More information about this trail you can find here.

You can walk there also from Benitses coast, from where there is a marked path called Goats Path (please be aware that the elevation difference is 350 m). This steep path leads around a church through typical olive groves. There is a good bus connection between Benitses and Kerkyra by the blue buses every day.

You can come here also by green buses from Kerkyra bus station (end station is called Stavros) or by a car.

You can spend there the whole day in surrounding hills, where you can find the network of newly marked walking paths. In Dafnata and Makrata villages you can also find local restaurants where you can taste typical homemade Greek food.
