The Annual Mega Dog-Walk

Parking: Parking is available at the co-ordinates for a small fee.
Brought your ‘best-bud’ along? Want a walk with your woof? Fancy a doggie-dander or a perambulation with your pooch? Well, this is the event for you! Meet up with other like-minded cachers for a stroll through the woods around the base of the Bennachie hills.
Discover the ancient settlements and historic places in the area (and some caches of course) and should you and your pet(s) still be feeling energetic after the event, then why not head off uphill to visit the impressive Iron Age fort at the summit of Mither Tap or try out one of the caching trails nearby?
NB. You don't need to have a dog to come along and socialise with others at the event, there will be folks there to chat to you for the duration. Dog walkers, you don't need to hang around for the full duration of the event before going off to walk your dogs.
Also there are some paths around woods near the car park area that are designed for wheelchair users. So hopefully something for everyone to enjoy.
