Phung Hung Street is home to a wonderful art project titled Public Art for Better Space. It opened to the public in February of 2018 after a group of Vietnamese and Korean artists collaborated on the project. The artwork here has become popular among tourists as well as Vietnamese for visits and taking pictures. All of the art depicts memories and features of Hanoi that linger in people's minds as the city changes so rapidly.
