Take in the beauty and splendour of the area, where you have the chance to see herds of red deer up close in their natural habitat, and join us for some geocaching social fun in a beautiful part of Aberdeenshire.
Afterwards if you are feeling active and energetic, or even just poetic and looking for more beautiful scenery? Why not join a few hardy souls in a hike up this peak.
For the less energetic there is a beautiful stroll around the shores of Loch Muick, on paths which which are specifically designed to be wheelchair accessible.

Note: a Munro is any Scottish mountain with a height over 3,000 feet (914.4 m) with the peak of Lochnagar standing at 1,155 metres above sea level. It's the 28th tallest mountain in Scotland so not one of the very tall ones, yet it is still higher than any peak in England or Wales. The ascent starts from 410m up so there's only approx 750m ascent.
