Elk Run Golf Course opened in 1989 providing many people the enjoyment of an 18 hole course until closing permanently in 2014. At that time the land was parcelled out for additional homes, the new Tahoma High School and Elk Run Farm. The farm provides food to 12 food banks in South King County.

Check the Waypoints for the best place to park. You can walk the paved trail from the parking area to the cache or follow the gravel road to the Farm parking area.
