The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates, but at the final waypoint provided. What you will find at the posted coordinates is your parking spot. Access the area by heading north on Hollywood Road at the traffic light, then turning left into the abandoned parking lot.
Once you've reached the final waypoint, you will see the cache. However, your work is not yet done! You will have to figure out how to retrieve the cache to sign the log. You do not need to disassemble anything to retrieve the cache. The necessary tool is located very close by - please replace it when you are done using it.
In order for you to claim a find you must first have found 100 or more caches in Berrien County, Michigan. This is a challenge cache where you must meet the requirements before claiming a find. I am fine with you signing the log in advance and then posting the find after you have completed the challenge. Difficulty is based on finding the 100 caches.
