Heartland Cacher: Greetings I'm Heartland Cacher, one of the volunteer reviewers for caches submitted to Geocaching.com.

I can't find any recent responses from the Cache Owner about maintaining this cache which makes it appear the Cache Owner is either unwilling or unable to maintain the cache. Cache maintenance includes listing maintenance including updating any changes to the text, updating coordinates, removing needs maintenance attributes and enabling the listing. The cache will be archived and removed from the active cache listings.

Geocache Description:


It’s almost Mother’s Day, and I’m excited to dedicate this cache to my mom. Not only did she birth and raise me, but she continues love and support me in every endeavour. When I began creating this cache it was all about the location, but as it all came together it transformed into something I’m very proud of. The location is 0.1 mile from the first cache my mom ever found when I first introduced her to geocaching. While you are looking for this cache you’ll notice that you can hear the sound of the nearby creek. My mom loves these sounds, even got married next to a river. This cache features her favorite animal and color. Not to mention she appreciates a good creepy movie.

This cache is simple to find and is wheelchair accessible. I have made provisions so that any possible animal neighbors will not be disturbed while you locate the cache. The property owner was gracious enough to give permission for the placement of this cache, so please be respectful. Please return the cache to the state that you found it and let me know if there are any problems.

p.s. If you like bigger caches that take a bit more work to find, after you find this one, cross the bridge and look for a game trail off this path, hop on it and head for The Cougar’s Layer. Happy Hunting
