In the '50s to the '80s, Mr. Wheeler set up a "Disneyland of Harrington" park. There were monkeys to see, a train to ride, Tarzan trees to swing from, a floating creek, a Horse tree to hang out on, a gazeebo, a wishing well, suffleboard courts, a snack/candy shack, and even a museum. My wife and I have have been fortunate enough to buy and live on this property. We're slowing clearing the property from years of overgrowth. We'd like to restore it to a point it's astectically appealing. Please, come visit and either reminisce or explore a time from the past.
