End of the line for these train tracks. East side of road still has tracks but to the west the tracks have been removed and are long gone. There are many of these abandoned rail lines across Saskatchewan now. I have a couple questions though. When I was here there were many cars sitting at this spot, close to a hundred is my best guess. I have seen cars here often when I have gone by on occassion.
My question is why are these cars here, are they being stored by CP?? But why here and not closer to some town?? Seems like a nowhere place and nothing nearby as a town and such. One other thing guesstimate the number of cars sitting here, just curious how often or long there are cars actually sitting on this abandoned track... Thx...
