These set of caches were placed by 1st Longwick Scout Group as part of their geocaching badge. To achieve this they had to learn about GPS. They also had to make and then place a cache.
On the first week of achieving this badge they were taught about GPS. They then went on to make geocaches by camouflaging small clip lock containers and filling the boxes with a log and some goodies. The following week the scouts hid the geocaches on footpaths close to the scout hut. The scouts were then asked to write a small description on their cache and this is what this cache’s patrol wrote…
