This is a great place to take a walk in the the quiet woods. There are many trails here. The Geocaching App trails map shows only the major trails. See Kiosk for full trail map. The main trails are easy to walk but may be muddy after a rain.
There is a story the local old timers would tell concerning the pirates of Norway Lake. Apparently, in the early 1700 Norway Lake was a haven for boat traffic. Because of this, it attracted pirates. They would sneak up on unsuspecting ships and steal their cargo and booty. There was one rumor that some crew members stole treasure from their Captain. The Captain caught up with them on Roberts Farm. Apparently these crew members hid the treasure somewhere nearby. The Captain tried to get them to talk but they would not talk. One night they escaped. No one had ever found them or have found the treasure-----
