This is one of a series of caches, that we've placed along the Pat McGee Trail (part of the Rails-To-Trails Conservancy), off Leon Road, just outside of the Village of Cattaraugus. This rails-to-trails is very well-maintained and well loved. All caches are located just off the trail!!
We decided that this cool-Spring Saturday was the PERFECT day for hiking (especially since it is Mother's Day Weekend, and the Saturday before ASP!!) a tad over 4 miles (Parking Area to Parking Area) on the Pat McGee trail, completing some serious, much-needed cache maintenance!! This plan naturally resulted in some of our “original” caches being archived and new ones placed!!
GeoWoodstock is one of the BEST Events to attend - it is crazy how many people from ALL over the world join together, to celebrate this crazy game we play!! And, when you are lucky enough to be involved in hosting GeoWoodstock, the extra swag seems to stick around even YEARS later, ask our good friends, kcepenn!! That being said, we wanted to give you a chance to trade any extra swag you may have from GeoWoodstocks (past and present) or other Events!!
Please rehide the cache as you found it, making sure it is well concealed, for the next Cacher!!
