Yeti #010 - Fallen Giant (GC87RNJ)

Welcome to the Yeti Trail around London Colney, this is 50 stage cache trail that can be done in parts over a number of days or as a loop trail all in one go. The trail will take you around the Village of London Colney set in the English countryside of Hertfordshire, located south of the once Roman city St Albans. There are a number of convenient free car parks around the village where you can pick up and leave the trail.

Yeti #009 - Fork in the Path (GC87RNG) to Yeti #010 - Fallen Giant (GC87RNJ)

From the fork in the path you can take either path. The quickest route has the harder terrain. When you have made it to the old Asylum tennis courts head to the far side, there are some park benches here if you need to take a rest. The cache is located away from the path in the shade. Happy hunting.

Yeti #010 - Fallen Giant (GC87RNJ) to Yeti #011 - The Pavilion (GC87RNQ)

From the shade of the large tree continue on the path through the swing gate to the cricket pitch. Cross over the cricket pitch towards the pavilion, there is s row of trees separating the fields the cache can be found in this area.


There is parking at N 51° 43.237' W 0° 18.610'
