This cache is in an area of the city that is undergoing development, but should be easily accessible. It is not a park and grab, but you should be able to find parking very close by. Common sense guidelines include: park safely, put the cache back where you found it, try not to break anything, and most importantly: Do not seek nor find this cache before 5:30 pm, Friday, May 24th, 2019. The original cache was a fake rock, but it has been replaced with a medium-sized pill bottle covered in black tape. The name is still applicable. Any logs posted without the paper log being signed will be deleted. I came, I saw, I found logs are not acceptable.
