The cache IS at the listed coordinates. It's a green tinted plastic preform tube about 5" long.
Some rules:

Centennial Park has a nice set of paved trails (map) around the lake that will take you near this cache.
Don't worry about the micro in the woods description. It's a pretty obvious hiding spot once you get there. And the hint should be a lot of help.
