This section of Centennial Park looked like it needed a couple more caches. This cache should be a pretty easy find. It's hidden in a pretty common way. Make the find, and take a little time to wander around the lake.
I have no real solid confidence that this pond is really named Eloise's Pond. Google Maps had a pin on it with that name tied to it. Might be an old historical name, or it might be one person dropped a pin on the map. Either way, it sounds like a nice name.
Centennial Park has a nice set of paved trails (map) around the lake that will take you to the pond. Stay on the dirt trail until you are about 25 or 30 feet from the cache.
The trailhead waypoint takes you from the west end of the bridge through the trees toward the pond.
