It'll make sense when you get here, creepy. Cache is not anywhere near the structure and in fact, you should treat this as an island cache. If you arrive via boat from the PWA (see parking waypoint), this is a legal cache. If you arrive other ways, you could be cutting through private property, don't do that. I've rated this as such because it requires water travel. Remember, this cache is in a potentially dangerous location and seeking it is done at your own risk. You shouldn't even need to get out of your boat to reach this one.
