From Fort Stevens Historical Site & Military Museum parking lot ($5 day use fee), walk/bike toward the east until you come to a paved path going northeast. Continue on the paved trail until your magic tool points toward the Laundry Facility. Actually, the sign in missing but you can check your Historical Site Guide. It’s site location #28. (You can get an historical guide from the museum.)
