Geocache Description:

Operating since 1953, 1 of only 4 Drive-In Movie Theatres left in Washington State

The Wheel-in Motor Movie drive-in is one of Washington's smallest drive-ins but also one of our favorites. It is an old fashioned and very nicely maintained family operation which has been operated by the same family since it opened in 1953.

They continue to maintain and upgrade as they just replaced their 60+ year old movie screen in the summer of 2017. The lot, which is mostly grassed, is well framed by large evergreen trees. It only parks about 150 cars making it cozy for sure.

This cache is a plastic peanut butter jar. Please replace it as found.

We got the best coordinates that our phones provided, The GPS app didn't fair well under the tree canopy.

Watch for lots of muggles in the evening going to the Wheel-In Drive-In. Day hunt would be best.

Good hunting and best of luck.

Logging Etiquette:

Geocache hiders sometimes go through a great deal of planning to place their caches. As a result, they'd like to hear your feedback on whether you liked or disliked any aspect of the hide, or if you feel that some cache maintenance is required.

Single word, acronym, or emoticon logs may be easier when you have a lot of caches to log, but it doesn't tell the hider or other finders anything about your adventure (or lack thereof) in finding the cache. Please keep this in mind when entering your log.
