Please note - the cache is not hidden at the first location. This multi should take around/just under an hour to complete.
When you arrive at the first location, you should be standing in the front yard of Rio Vista House.
This house was built by William Chaffey, and after the death of both William in 1926, and his second wife Hattie, in 1950, the house was purchased by Mildura Rural City Council to use as an Art Gallery. In 1966 the Art Gallery was moved to a new building next door, and the house under went a restoration back to how it would have been when the Chaffey family lived there. It is definitely worth a look inside.
There is a particularly sad story about the death of one of the children by drowning in the fountain in the front yard of the house. After this, Mrs Hattie Chaffey had the fountain removed from the front yard, and donated it to the town of Mildura.
In order to find the next location, you will need to gather some information, all of which can be found in the front yard of Rio Vista House, and the Mildura Arts Centre lawns.

When you are at the second location, look around to find the following information.
A=How many letters in the 8th word carved along the bench?
B=The number of vowels in the 2nd word of the bench carving.
C=The Month the King died.
D=The number of letters in the last word on the fountain's plaque, minus 3.
E= The number of letters in the 4th word on the bench carving, plus 1.
F= The roman numeral located in this enscription.
G=The number of letters in the 6th word of the bench carving.
H= The number of vowels in the 2nd word on the fountain's plaque.
Final Location: South 34 A.BCD East 142 E.FGH
Please note, when you get to the final location, you do not need to enter the gated area to retrieve the cache.
