The New Horizon Mall is pretty quiet/empty now, as is the parking lot to access this geocache.
The cache has been placed a bit further away from the actual mall and entrances to avoid muggles, but where it's placed will inevitably have some motorist eyes, so please use appropriate care.
Occasionally, especially in the summer, an event might occupy the parking lot and make accessing the geocache impossible or more challenging! For example, car show-and-shine events, RV sales events, etc. often take place here.
The cache container is only big enough for a log sheet, so please bring your own writing instrument, and mention if the log sheet is getting full or the cache requires any maintenance! Log sheet is Rite-in-the-Rain type, so it may get damp, but hopefully still functional and won't disintegrate with moisture. Not big enough for tradeables or trackables.
