From across the street, where you'll find this cache, you can see/appreciate the new 600,000 sq ft fulfillment centre for a giant online retailer.
We can only imagine the hive of activity that goes on inside!
As of the time of this cache's placement, both the fulfillment warehouse, and this other un-named warehouse-in-development across the street, are so new they (and any landmarks) likely won't show up on most satellite images, so unfortunately you're left to more traditional geo-location methods!
Sorry, it's a MIST (I know, we all hate these), so gloves might be a good idea. You're looking for a hanging bison, big enough only for a log sheet, so please bring your own writing instrument, and mention if the log sheet is getting full or the cache requires any maintenance, and please replace as found!
Congratulations to FordNatic for the FTF, about 22 minutes after this was published!
