Vistas al Puig Campana

Se encuentra en una calle paralela a la avenida de Denia, en la parte m´ás alta mirando al NE tenemos unas bonitas vistas al Puig Campana. Desde el caché hasta el Puig Campana nos separan unos 35 kilómetros en línea recta.
El Puig Campana es una montaña que forma parte de las Cordilleras Prebéticas de la provincia de Alicante, en el sureste de la península ibérica. Con una altitud de 1.410 metros y separado del mar Mediterráneo por una distancia de 7,8 km en línea recta, se trata de la segunda cima más elevada de España por proximidad a la costa tras el Pico Pienzu, en Asturias. Estas condiciones orográficas, así como su perfil característico y visible desde muchos puntos de la provincia, la convierten en una montaña singular y muy apreciada por los habitantes de la comarca. Se encuentra situada en el término municipal de Finestrat y está incluida en la lista de Lugares de Interés Comunitario (LIC) de la Comunidad Valenciana.1​ Alberga numerosas especies vegetales, algunas de ellas endémicas, tales como el Cistanche (Cystanche phelypaea) y, muy especialmente, Teucrium lepicephalum.

It is located in a street parallel to the Denia Avenue, in the highest part facing the NE we have beautiful views of Puig Campana. From the cache to the Puig Campana, we are separated by 35 kilometers in a straight line.
The Puig Campana is a mountain that is part of the Cordillera Prebéticas of the province of Alicante, in the southeast of the Iberian Peninsula. With an altitude of 1,410 meters and separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a distance of 7.8 km in a straight line, it is the second highest peak in Spain due to its proximity to the coast after Pienzu Peak, in Asturias. These orographic conditions, as well as its characteristic and visible profile from many points of the province, make it a unique mountain and very appreciated by the inhabitants of the region. It is located in the municipality of Finestrat and is included in the list of Places of Community Interest (LIC) of the Valencian Community.1 It houses numerous plant species, some of them endemic, such as the Cistanche (Cystanche phelypaea) and, very especially, Teucrium lepicephalum.
