Come and visit your local Mid-Columbia Library 📚, and check in at the birdie’s house, to sign the log and get your smiley. 

While you are there, pick up or swap a Painted Rock if there are any in residence.

Cache is only available during library hours, but they keep changing, so check before you go.

you have to find stage 1 before entering the library to find the container. Stage 1 is a sticker on the SE post of the dumpster enclosure, down low.
