This is a fairly easy hike - terrain has gentle hills - trails are typically narrow, but are clear year round. There is an old abandoned stone house here with a number of smaller structures nearby. We wonder what was once here? Do you know?
The cache is a small pink box - about 12" in length, 6" wide, 6" deep. Inside are several books, a wrist watch, a techno dog, a clay mushroom, a clay frog, and in incense stick.
This is a great hike - I've taken young children through this area numerous times. There may be hunters in this area between Sept - Jan, so if you go during this time, go on Sunday when no hunting is allowed.
