A fairly quick easy find located a stones throw away (about 440 metres walking distance) from the Departure Bay ferry terminal. Cache is located along a paved pathway near a welcome sign that greets passing motorists exiting the ferry. It can be accessed by walking from either Brechin or Zorkin Road as well as Trans-Canada Highway (locally Stewart Avenue). This cache should be doable for those in wheelchairs as the pathway is paved and the cache is not hard to reach.

Parking is available on Zorkin Road and out front of Milers Pub although you may be required to pay for it. Parking along Trans-Canada Highway is free but you may need to park a bit further away. You can also park at the terminal parking lot, but you will need to pay. DO NOT PARK on Brechin Road or Beach Avenue.
I've probably gone passed this sign more than 50 times since I moved to the city a few years ago and never even noticed it until fairly recently. Now its your turn to notice this beautiful sign.
