Candle Jizo
It is usually a quiet Jizo-son, but every year on August 23 and 24, in the hope of healing of diseases and injuries, a strange festival is held to light the candles set on the Jizo, and many people It is full of traffic. At this festival, thousands of candle flames wrap around the Jizo, and worshipers join hands in the blazed Jizo to pray for the cure and health of the disease.
At the festival, candles are sold for ¥ 100.

ろうそく地蔵
普段はひっそりとしている地蔵尊ですが、毎年８月２３日と２４日には、病気やケガの治癒を願って、地蔵の上に立てたろうそくに火を灯す奇祭が行われ、多くの人で賑わいます。この祭りでは、数千本のろうそくの炎が地蔵を包み込み、火だるまとなった地蔵に参拝者が手を合わせて病の完治や健康をお祈りします。
祭りの時には１本１００円でろうそくが販売されていますので、祈願してみては如何でしょうか。
