This cache is on the grounds of Historic Greenbush Community Baptist Church (with permission of its Pastor). This church was started by a group of ladies in the 1930's who wanted to start a local Sunday School for the people of the area. The building itself orginated in Black River and was pulled, pushed and slid across the ice of Lake Huron from Black River to Harrisville! The ladies offically met at the building starting in 1938 and a short amout of years later it turned into a church, which continues to this day. Pastor AC Caincross calls GCBC "the best church in Greenbush," which of course is also the only church in Greenbush!
