My birthday was a time of reflection.
Now that my children have all grown into lovely young men I have placed two caches at favourite spots from their childhood.
My eldest grew up around Blackheath and we used to visit this park everyweek for the pool, to feed the ducks and climb the Rocketship.
It was lovely to see a safer version returned to the park after being missing for many years.
I remember climbing it in the early eighties and swimming in the pool, but not braving the deep, dark "Black Pool"!
Let the number of slats around the upper part of the rocket shell = A
Let the number of rungs on the highest ladder = B
Let the number of handles above the slide = C
Let the number of silver dots around the opening to the slide = D
Let the number of black dots around the opening to the slide = E
The cache is hidden at S 33° 38.(A-(B x C)) E 150° 17.(A - B + C + (C x D x E))
If you get a one or two digit answer, please make it a three digit number of placing 0's in front of the answer, as required.
This should be about 200 metres away.
