Something Fishy Traditional Cache

There is something fishy about this place. Can you figure out what it is?

BYOP and please REHIDE this cache properly as not to expose it to muggles or cachers. 
Muggles come here from time to time to do boating things so you'll need to be STEALTHY depending on the time of day. At night this area can be very well lit and therefore this cache can be found when the sun goes down.
