Lots of places to park. You park a little up the road from the coordinates or on the other side of the bridge there is a dirt pull off area.
Starting at the beginning of the river trail, Head north. Walk as far as you can without falling off the wall. It is a steep drop! Then face east and the cache should be there at the corner. OR, just go straight to cache location listed. LOL Feel free to stamp your book and stamp the cache's book. Of course, if you don't have a stamper you may use a writing utensil.
