Extreme caution is advised as this is beside a very busy highway. Shoulder is wide but pull of as far as possible.

Uphill #3541
From Longview this is definitely “uphill”, but wait, this school was a “portable” school that was moved to wherever was closer to more students. It took 20 horses to move the school. (Did the horses have to pull it “Uphill”)?
School was closed at its final location in 1931 when it joined with Turner Valley Consolidated School District. The school building was converted into a house but sadly it was destroyed by fire in 1960.
There was another school close by called Big Hill. The information gives the same legal description for both schools. No school sign for Big Hill was located by the CO.
It could also be name confusion as well.
