After a short walk from the parking layby you will see the public footpath sign for Benson Knott. The gate needs lifting to open it but once through you are onto the farm track. Walking up past the farm buildings the track opens out into a field. Within this field are a number of low craggy mounds, Perfect for hiding a cache.
The route up to the Knott isn't clearly marked but you are heading diagonally across the field for a small double gate in the corner on route to the gate is #2 in our first ever series. A minor scramble may be necessary but nothing dangerous.
