The posted coords will take you to the cache, but you must find the log. The log is within 10 feet of the cache. YOU MUST FIND THE LOG AND SIGN IT TO CLAIM A FIND. This is not a P&G. Note the 3.5 rating.
Okay, this is one of my bug-a-boos, people who for some reason can't sign the log [I didn't have a pen -- it's a micro, what do you expect][didn't find it so they couldn't sign it]. I don't care what your excuse is so take a writing implement.
Yes, I am still miffed at the CO who didn't delete a find by another cacher after I sent photo of the log without that cacher's name on it. The fact that it took me 1 1/2 hours, involved 3 tough waypoints, including a steep talus slope and poison oak, I just didn't think it was fair for someone from Europe driving through to log whatever they wanted. Okay, I was not chased by a bear but did come home with blood and scapes and lots of itches.
And after all that -- ENJOY!
IT IS NOT IN THE LANDSCAPING. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO UNSCREW OR DISCONNECT ANYTHING. BE NICE TO THE LOCATION.
