Greetings All!
I am hosting my first Event! Get pumped, because you know we are going big!
I decided to pick Friday evening so that we can all enjoy hotdogs and hamburgers (Provided Free of Charge). I will also have bottle waters available, anything else is up to you all! If you'd like to bring something, please add it to your "Will Attend" so that everyone else can see.
Activities Planned
1. 4:30 PM - Temp Caches are available to be found, a print out will be available
2. 4:45 PM - SPEED PUZZLE! First to complete gets a Geo-Coin!
3. 5:00 pm - Bingo ! - There will be 3 games, with 3 winners, and 3 prizes!
4. 5:30 PM - JUNK SWAP! - Bring your geocache gear for trading (Or giving away)
5. 5:30 PM - Official Trackable trading
6. 6:00 PM - Prizes drawn for the temporary cache finds
What to expect:
- There will be a swap meet in the pavilion, so if you have anything Geocache related, please bring it for trade! (containers, swag, trackables)
- Door Prizes, because we all like SWAG!!!
-Temporary Caches (YES! I love this idea!!) They will be hidden around the area, and for every find you get a raffle ticket to win prizes.
-Food & Fellowship, because that's what it's all about!
Make sure to log your Will Attend so that we have enough food for everyone, and add to your watchlist so that you get updates!
