The booty's location is a picture of suburban serenity. You'll be expected to perform some mental gymnastics, followed by an easy walk then up. You'll have to use extreme stealth as well because the risk of detection is high. My intention is to bring you to one of the lesser known but very beautiful parks dotted around the Gold Coast. There's no stopping at the first waypoint so you'll have to park on Goodman Close or Explorers Way and walk. No need to cross the road at the first waypoint. Stay on the footpath. To discover the final location you'll need to decipher this puzzle using the clue at the first waypoint and the hint.
