Following the farm road towards Blackadder Mount, stop here a while to admire the view of the Cheviot Hills (weather-permitting!)
The road seems to be relatively traffic-free - we've been along here for the last three weekends and haven't encountered any traffic whatsover. Do keep a close eye on geokids and geohounds though, just in case.
