This is a replacement Covered Bridge for a bridge call Williams Bridge at its original location which burnt down in 1976. It carried North Maple Grove Road traffic over Bean Blossom Creek for nearly 105 years. About 30% of the wood is taken from a bridge called Cedar Ford Covered Bridge which was originally built in 1885 by the Kennedy Brothers and spanned the Little Blue River north of Shelbyville Indiana.
