Husker Legacy

The statue depicts 6 Husker defensive players tackling a Kansas State player. The statue shows great teamwork and determination.  The statue was created by Fred Hoppe in 1997 commemorating the Universities 4 National Championships in football.  

How to claim this cache:

There are two things you must do to claim this cache. Both are required to keep your smiley. Once you complete both tasks, you may claim the find without waiting for my response.

1. Upload an image of your trip to Memorial Stadium. The picture must also include any one of the following:

         A. You helping the Husker defense make the tackle on the ball carrier.
         B. A picture of your left hand on the football.
         C. A written sign/note with your caching names and the date visible. No photo-editing allowed!

 2. On the north side of the statue is a four digit number.  Message me with what that number is.

Remember: Whichever option you choose, make sure something unmistakable at Memorial Stadium is in the picture background
