A virtual cache at a wharf in Auckland where 14 historical boats are moored.
They are all usable boats so may not always be all there, but there is an info board about each one, so you will be able to answer the questions.
The cache coordinates are roughly the centre of the wharf, all the info boards required for the cache are within 40m of here, can be seen from the given coordinates, and are logically placed. Just in case you are spacially challenged all the info boards are between the two addition waypoints.
On the other side of the wharf, super yachts are often moored, these are usually yachts that have been built in Auckland and being finished fitting out or yachts being refurbished.
To claim this cache, please answer the following questions about the historic boats that are usually moored here and email or message me the answers:
1. Under which act is Thelma protected?
2. Aramoana's draught?
3. Post a photo of one of the boats or super yachts with your log, please take care not to include a sign that gives information about the cache answers. Include the current date in your photo somehow, could be a smartphone screen, gps screen showing date, a receipt from today or today's paper.
Once you have sent me the answers feel free to log the cache as found, if there are any problems I will be in touch and reserve the right to delete your log if the issues are not resolved.
