Geocache Description:


Larry Berg Flight Path Park is named after Larry Berg who was the CEO of the Vancouver International Airport Authority for 15 years. The park is in an area where people have long gathered at the end of the runway to watch planes landing and taking off, or to watch an evening sunset.

Logging Requirements for this Virtual:

Email the CO at the top of the cache page the answers to 3 of the 5 Questions and a photo which is required.

Do not post your answers in your log. Any logs not meeting the requirements may be deleted. An answer from the CO is not necessary to log this Virtual.

1)At the Start / End of the runways in the park representing the Runways of the nearby YVR Airport how many Threshold markings are there on one end.(Please see diagram for example)

2) Approximately how many Green Coat Volunteers are there serving YVR.

3) What are the names of the 2 bridges the Vancouver Airport Authority built and maintains.

4) Approximately how many people come to Sea Island to work for the YVR per day.

5) How many Paper Airplane bench's are in the park.

Photo Requirement:

A Picture on a slip of Paper with the Name of the cacher or the date, must be included with your log at the cache site. Pictures sent with the answers will not be accepted as of Dec 2020. Bonus points for in the form of a paper airplane
