👻 See Lee's eels 👻 (Tasman) Virtual Cache

Welcome to Nelson Lakes National Park and the place where many come to visit through all seasons to admire the views, and local wildlife. Throughout the year there are often New Zealand long-finned eels (see above link) swarming around the jetty legs, and these large majestic fish are a sight to behold. Although seemingly reachable they are not to be fished for, and I would advise against encroaching too closely to their environment.

From the jetty there is a wonderful view down the lake towards Mount Robert and beyond to the end. A myriad of scenes greet the eye throughout the year, and your task is to capture an image on the day you visit.
