In de Voorstraat voor het Ambachts- en Baljuwhuis heeft altijd een dorpspomp gestaan. De houten ombouw was voorzien van het gemeentewapen. De huidige pomp is in 1875 geplaatst en is gemaakt door de vermaarde ijzergieterij De Prins van Oranje uit Den Haag. Boven op de pomp heeft vroeger een lantaarn gestaan. Grondwater wordt niet meer opgepompt. Tijdens de jaarlijkse paardenmarkt is de pomp aangesloten op de waterleiding.

Om deze cache te kunnen loggen moet je een foto van jezelf (optioneel) of je GPS bij de pomp maken en deze aan je log toevoegen. Logs zonder foto zullen worden verwijderd.
There has always been a village pump at the Voorstraat in front of the Ambachts- en Baljuwhuis. The wooden structure was given the municipal shield. The current pump, produced by the renowned ironworks De Prins van Oranje in The Hague, was placed in 1875. At the time, there was a lantern at the top of the pump. Nowadays the pump is no longer used to pump groundwater. During the annual horse market the pump is connected to the water mains.
